ONGOING COACHING

This ongoing coaching package is a bi-monthly (2 one-hour sessions/month) structure, which I've found is most effective for ongoing strategizing, support and accountability. 

With Ongoing Coaching, our relationship is based around four key elements:

#1 We dive deep into setting clear, specific goals and make a plan to achieve them, including identifying specific roadblocks and developing strategies to move past them. We do this on an on-going basis as needed.

#2 We spend time honing specific skills like elevating your personal “brand,” sharpening your meeting and follow-up skills, and authentically expanding your network into a vibrant community of mutually beneficial relationships — which, in turn, will increase your chances of making the connections that result in more opportunities down the line.

#3 With thirty years of successful experience in the business, I guide and advise you as challenging interpersonal professional relationships or political situations need to be dealt with.

#4 You get on-going support and in-depth problem solving to keep you focused and accountable. 

Coaching starts with a one-hour Zoom Strategy Intensive session. After that, we’ll move to phone calls for the ongoing one-hour sessions.  If 4 half-hour, weekly calls are a better fit for you, we’ll do it that way.

You also have email access to me as needed to check in on progress or deal with specific situations or questions.

Investment: $900/month
with an initial 3-month commitment (payable monthly).
After that, you decide whether additional coaching would be beneficial.
